Deaf Women of Rochester

Bringing together Deaf women for the purpose of networking, professional development, and promoting personal growth.

Deaf Women of Rochester (DWR) is a non-profit organization where Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing women from the greater Rochester, New York area, can find information, exchange ideas, and attend events that can be related to who they are especially being deaf and a woman.

Reading the history of DWR, I found a piece of information stating that many Deaf women agreed that NETWORKING had bonded Deaf women more than ever. I must say this statement remains true to this day as we are entering our 27th year.

I hope you will consider becoming a member of Deaf Women of Rochester today and I look forward to meeting all of you in this community.
