Fall 2009 - Deaf Women of Rochester and their friends gather again for their annual DWR Kick-off and catered dinner.

The 2009 DWR Kick-Off group photo is a constellation of brilliant and inspirational women I could find in many role models. I look forward interacting with the fantastic women during the upcoming months. Also I look forward meeting new ones and welcome them to the community.

This year, DWR will have its 5th biennial retreat, Deaf Women Retreat V, at Camp Mark Seven on September 25-27, 2009.

And, we have plans for exciting events during the next several month and we’re working on confirming the dates and location.
