I always knew my mom was one very amazing person but that was from my perspective. She absolutely loved being involved with her friends and community and you were a huge part of my mom’s life! She truly gained so much pleasure from being a part of your group and from what I hear, the feeling was mutual! I would like to personally invite and be very honored if someone from your group would not only come to represent but would also speak a few words about my mom and her involvement with DWR. Also, If there are any photos or videos that you would like for us to show at the event, you can either send them to CelebratingElissa@gmail.com or we can play a slide show via a flash drive or computer/iPad as well. (I am trying to show and see as many sides of my mom as possible at the event….I miss her so much!)

If you want to volunteer and would like to get training prior to the event, RIT has scheduled several sign-interpreted training sessions that will be taking place at the RIT Library on the 3rd floor:

· Mon March 23, 2:00pm — 2:45pm
· Wed March 25, 4:00pm — 4:45pm
